A while back I made a thread in writer's block about this idea I had where the Freaky Friday premise was a basic fact of life for two characters. While originally an idea for prose it could also work nicely as a comic. Here is the thread itself for reference
The basic premise/rules of the story for those who don't feel like clicking the link.
-There are two guys named(this could change) Jack and Neth who look exactly alike. Each night when they go to sleep they switch bodies when they wake up.
-The two have no recollection of what happened to their body when the other was in it.
-To get around this they each keep a journal to inform the other what happened the previous day.
-They always fall asleep at the same time. Usually they try to go to bed at roughly the same time, but if one stays up the other won't be able to sleep.
-This has been happening for the past two years so the two are more or less used to it.
-Jack lives in our world(city undecided) while Neth lives in another world with low key magic. Over there being a witch is just a job description like a programmer is over here. Anybody can learn to be a witch but talent varies.
There are some more things to fill in but I don't want to post a wall of text.
I picture this as a sort of slice of life comic more than anything, with humor and drama derived from two characters trying to go through their lives with only a vague idea what happened yesterday.(everyday).
