The first three panels takes up the top fourth of the page. It shows a coffin-like object being wheeled into a religious-looking room from the right and set up by two important-looking people. Just enough detail for us to see what's happening.
The fourth (taking up the rest of the page) shows about thirty people praying to the person. The two high-ranking cultists are flanking him. The front of the object is transparent, so we can see the person inside. Not much detail should be put on him, though. Some, but not much. The person is screaming and banging on his prison, but no sound comes out. The cultists ignore his pleas and continue praying.
Their prayer should not be put in a speech bubble. Instead, it is displayed above the cultists, signifying its presence in the room.
The second page has the same format. The first three panels depict a SWAT-like force bursting into the room and firing. The fourth shows a battle between the SWAT and the cultists.
This page is seen from the point of view of the person in the object. Same format as the previous pages. We the wall, with some SWAT guys surrounding the coffin. They crack it open. The fourth panel for this page has one member pointing a very detailed gun at the the person, and thus the camera.
The first panel of last page shows a SWAT member shooting inside the casket. The second and third show it being wheeled out of the room by the SWAT guys, off to the left. The fourth panel shows the massacre the room has become. The floor is littered with bodies, both cultists and SWAT.
Now for details.
It should be obvious what the room looks like, but with just enough detail for the reader to understand its purpose. It appears to be part of a larger building, as there are no windows.
The cultists are all wearing a very baggy one-piece robe. They are all carrying guns underneath their robes, but this is not immediately obvious.
The two lead cultists have waist-length hair, flowing down their shoulders, giving an effect somewhat like a priest's sash.
The SWAT are wearing body armor, with multiple ammo pouches and weapons around the waist. They are also wearing face-concealing masks. Everything about the uniform should look as if it were designed to imposing.
I was thinking that the chanting should be in some ancient language, or ancient language-looking nonsense. The cops are speaking an Asian language, or something that looks like one. The characters for the chanting should look very formal and well-drawn, while the characters the cops use are much more rigid and angular in their appearance.
I think this needs some more time to gestate before we start drawing it. Fill out concepts, refine details, etc. Stuff I make is always heavily modified before anything happens with it.
