Personally, I think Your Webcomic is Bad and You Should Feel Bad is a horrible resource. It's not that I don't like Caustic Critics, but a lot of John Solomon's critiques are just bad. I'd much sooner take advice from Websnark. www.websnark.com/

If you're a writer and you have any green kickin' around, you should pick up Screenwriting 434 by Lew Hunter. It's for movies, obviously, and I tend to agree more with Sidney Lumet than Hunter on a lot of things, but it's still a good solid resource for the basics of writing in a primarily visual medium.
