Also, the first draft of the Heavenly Guardian Celeste! Prose Pen is done, and will require, at worst case scenario, minor revisions. You'll have it by midnight. Though... how do I turn it in?

Thought: Why don't we have someone color one of the Dou-Tans and use that as the cover art?

Hey, a friend of mine suggested something. If we want a little more exposure, why don't we get a blog? Supposedly, they're free.
I don't know anything about bloggery, but I thought I'd bring it up.

I kinda know about blogs. It works like the deviantart journal, but done more professionally, it can have the feel of an article. I don't know what we'd talk about, though...

Yes, but... Ehh, its hard to explain.
The main reason to have a blog is to create a following for something else. You give them something they really want - camaraderie, advice, voyeurism, whatever, make yourself available, show how reliable you are, and then they might be more willing to take whatever you want to give them, because they trust you and like you.
And doing that sort of stealth almost-advertising is hard to pull off well. We'd need to hold our public image to a higher standard on a long-term, continuous basis, and constantly have to twist our words around to get a good reaction - it wouldn't be like a casual journal, where you can vent or accidentally say something stupid, because people will be watching. The entire group will be judged for it if drama goes down.
(/Serious Business. Sorry, I'm really into this sort of thing.)

This will sound stupid now, but perhaps we should attach a file with the releases introducing ourselves as the Kunin circle for new readers. In later issues probably serve as a recap page more than anything.

I say we use Blogspot. I'm using it for my idea sketchpad, and it's been working great. I just need to do more stuff on it.

@alk: Yeah, I agree. Maybe something similar to a Letter From the Editor, like what you'd get in a real magazine? Or at the very least, we should make a Kunin logo-type thing, as was suggested here. @bridge: *has idea* ! Should we have a group google account, like we have a group deviantart account? We can use it to collect fan email, make the blog, and keep track of all the group waves. We could also use it to store documents/pictures/etc, just in case something bad happens.

I say follow Dec on this, she seems to have her head screwed on straight. And as long as the blog is regarded as the "company" blog, rather than our "personal" blog, we won't run into problems with people venting.

Actually, Blogspot lets a blog have multiple editors. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if your Google Wave account works for Blogspot too. If it works for one Google service, it works for them all. You just need to activate it.

So, should I start the Kunin blog, or do one of you guys want to do it?

Heads up, there is a new side-quest project if anybody is feeling ambitious and wants some extra experience points gratitude from the staff. As brought up by Jbridge here, we should make a trope page for the Kunin Circle under troper works. Mostly because it would be nifty, but also as a way to attract more audience members. Here is the idea I have. Give a brief description at the top about the group's history and such. Tropes related to Kunin as a whole would go there. Afterwards make a subsection with a blurb for each ongoing(and notable oneshots) with relevant tropes for each one. So right any other ideas to add to that? If nobody really wants to do I'll take care of it myself.
